ELCTRIKCHAIR originated four years ago as a sibling duo and only recently evolved into a pure metal band.
Out of options, original member, Andrew, agreed to give then nine year old brother "Bob" a conditional tryout. Unless he proved spectacular he would not be a member of ELCTRIKCHAIR.
Practicing as a tandem, Andrew and Bob tortured their family and guests with daily metal riffs and beats that echoed down the street causing neighbors to complain. But when Arapahoe County's finest showed up at the door all he could say was, "They sound pretty darn good!"
Bob opened with ELCTRIKCHAIR at a small all-age club in Ft Collins and won his first drum-off.
ELCTRIKCHAIR, later competed in battle of the bands with fifty professional Denver / Ft. Collins bands representing rock, country, blues and jazz music. ELCTRIKCHAIR finished in the top ten. Bob is among the finest young drummers in the world. This prodigy's going where a lot of big kids wish they'd been. The best of ELCTRIKCHAIR is its exciting future. Pure metal's survival is assured as long as this band continues to electrify audiences.
